Job summary

Consertus-US seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction capital projects and programs. You will oversee a program of multiple projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of construction project/program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and capital programs, including high-quality interior fit-outs, IT, and FF&E.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, project controls, quality assurance, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction capital projects and programs from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor program-wide performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change management activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality objectives from day one.
• Ensure all safety, regulatory, and company standards are met or exceeded.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the program portfolio.
