Job summary

The Senior AC partners with Legal, Compliance, and Client Relationship Management to deliver effective amendments and process improvements. You will oversee auto solutions and vesting consultations, staying current with ERISA, IRC, DOL

Qualifications

• Defined contribution retirement plans experience required.
• Extensive Auto Solutions and Vesting knowledge.
• Experience with Fidelity’s Product Central and XTRAC.
• Familiarity with ERISA, IRC, and DOL regulations for 401(k)/403(b) plans.
• Lead auto solutions and vesting consultations and complex amendments.
• Stay updated on retirement and financial industry regulations.
• Knowledge of Fidelity preapproved plan documents.
• Ability to prioritize based on risk and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to resolve complex issues across business units.
• Define course of action to resolve regulatory inquiries on amendments.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and clients.
• Oversee planning, process, and project management of complex situations.
• Serve as SME for Auto Solutions and Vesting amendments.
