Qualificações

• 5-7 years of defined contribution retirement plan experience.
• Specialist understanding of ERISA, IRC, and DOL regulations related to 401(k) plans.
• Strong digital literacy; MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of the 401(k) industry.
• Knowledge of Fidelity products, services, policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide document and administrative support for existing client book of business (20,000+ amendments/year).
• Interpret and apply applicable plan rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and partners to ensure amendments are processed accurately and timely.
• Support and instruct team members on amendment decisions; sign off on completed amendments.
