Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gives staff educational in-services and conducts BLS classes.
• Collects patient data using appropriate assessment techniques.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses.
• Develops and implements a plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Educates patients and families for healthy adjustments.
• Coordinates RN schedules and nursing coverage for procedures and vaccine visits.
• Ensures compliance with NYU Langone Health standards and external regulations.
