Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; ADN may be approved with leadership approval.
• Minimum two years nursing experience in applicable area and progress toward BSN.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and diagnostic tests as part of ambulatory care.
• Document patient information in the EHR and coordinate care plans.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients and families.
• Triage clinical concerns by phone and in person under provider direction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient flow and quality initiatives.
