NYU Langone Health is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) - OB/GYN to coordinate and implement nursing practices and clinical policies. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care and improved outcomes in a dynamic OB/GYN setting.

The position requires a BSN with at least two years of nursing experience, NY RN license, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Located in New York, NY, it offers full-time day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care.

• Consult with clinical supervisors and licensed providers to determine treatment plans.
• Direct, supervise, and delegate to licensed practical nurses and medical assistants.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote collegial relationships.

About This Role

What You'll Do

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required; Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved with conditions
• Experience: Minimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area
• Licenses & Certifications: Current Registered Professional Nurse License in New York; Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association; Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
