Medline Industries, LP in Northfield, Illinois is seeking a National Account Manager to lead Amazon account strategy, forecasting, pricing, and promotions with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Category Management, Marketing, and Product divisions.

You will translate market and financial insights into actionable recommendations to drive profitable growth while managing customer programs and performance within established parameters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, account management, eCommerce, or related experience.
• Experience managing Amazon required.
• Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to forecast and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of Amazon for the assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute short and long-term account plans to drive profitable growth.
• Own the sales budget including forecasting, performance tracking, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Manage programs, rebates, promotions, profitability within established parameters.
• Conduct internal and external reviews to evaluate performance and align priorities.
• Assess competitive pricing and brand positioning and recommend actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and commercialization.
• Develop forecasts and business cases to support planning and growth.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into account actions.
• Prepare customer presentations with performance insights and recommendations.
