Job summary

Medline is seeking a National Account Manager for Amazon in Chicago to own strategy and drive growth across forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional execution with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product divisions.

You will apply customer and market insights to develop account recommendations and lead initiatives to improve profitability and revenue within established parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales/account management/eCommerce experience; experience managing Amazon required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long-term account plans to support profitable growth.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for assigned accounts.
• Manage Amazon-related programs, pricing, promotions, and profitability within parameters.
• Conduct business reviews and assess risks and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally for product launches and customer adoption.
• Develop sales forecasts and business cases using financial, market, and account insights.
• Present account performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
