Job summary
Marlabs Inc. seeks an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, and CRM integrations.
You will build scalable customer engagement experiences, automate call routing, and deliver compliant, high-performing contact center solutions. The ideal candidate has deep Amazon Connect expertise, strong AWS development skills (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge), and experience with Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years designing and developing contact center solutions with Amazon Connect.
- Experience integrating Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRMs.
- Strong AWS development experience including Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudWatch.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, workflow orchestration, and security best practices.
- Experience working in HIPAA/regulatory environments; audit and consent controls.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, overlays, and routing rules.
- Build integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce/CRM systems.
- Develop AWS Lambda services and backend automation for API orchestration and CRM lookups.
- Implement event-driven architectures using AWS services for operations and reporting.
- Configure and optimize contact center features like analytics, omnichannel, and screen pops.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
