You will design and implement complex contact center workflows, integrate with CRM/ERP systems, and optimize performance using AWS services. Strong Terraform, DevOps, and security practices are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies and cloud architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
• 2+ years Terraform experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Develop integrations with CRM/ERP systems and other business apps.
• Optimize contact center performance by analyzing call flows and reducing handling times.
• Configure voice, chat, and outbound dialing features in Amazon Connect.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for Connect and integrations.
