Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer with deep Amazon Connect and AWS expertise to drive migration from legacy contact centers to Amazon Connect.

You will architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure contact solutions, integrating CRM/ERP tools and AWS services. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations in a fast-growing environment to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
• 2+ years experience using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect features (IVR, flows, queues, agents).
• Develop integrations with CRM/ERP/alert systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Optimize call flows and performance using data analysis and improvements.
