Job summary

Luminize is seeking a senior Principal Account Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise Amazon brands in San Diego. You’ll own the forecast, advertising strategy, and QBRs with top clients, acting as the primary strategic partner for brands valued at multi-millions in annual sales.

This is a senior, individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You will manage a few high-impact brands, coordinate with advertising, content, and supply chain experts, and drive growth by identifying

Qualifications

• At least one client brand you personally owned at $15,000,000+ in annual Amazon gross sales.
• Experience with agency, accelerator or aggregator managing external client brands.
• Manage 3–5 external client brands simultaneously at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience (last 6 months).
• Forecasting and P&L fluency.
• Ability to run a QBR with executive stakeholders and handle hard conversations.
• Able to work onsite in San Diego 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own forecast, defend it, and explain variance.
• Set advertising strategy direction with strategists and own the numbers.
• Run quarterly business reviews with top clients.
• Own escalations across catalog, supply chain and content.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
