Job summary

Luminize is seeking a Principal Amazon PPC Manager to own enterprise accounts end‑to‑end, including escalations and cross‑functional coordination. You will design tools and templates used across the department and mentor strategists, while focusing on contribution margin alongside ROAS.

Onsite in San Diego, you will lead complex campaigns, optimize spend, and partner with large brands to deliver measurable growth with hands‑on accountability.

Qualifications

• What you bring is hands-on Sponsored Products or Sponsored Brands in Ad Console with recent activity.
• Eight-plus years in advertising with four+ years in Amazon PPC, recent work within 18 months.
• Own at least one named enterprise account with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon PPC strategy for complex campaigns and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact challenges.
• Analyze data to craft insights and action plans for growth.
• Mentor junior strategists and develop internal playbooks.
