Job summary

Luminize, a top Amazon seller in the US, seeks a Principal Amazon PPC Specialist to own enterprise accounts end-to-end. You’ll manage large monthly ad spend and build templates, tools, and playbooks used across the department.

This onsite San Diego role demands 8+ years in advertising with strong Amazon PPC depth and hands-on platform work. You will pair strategic judgment with execution, defend negation thresholds, and drive growth while mentoring other strategists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of Amazon Sponsored Products or Sponsored Brands in Ad Console within the last 12 months.
• 8+ years in advertising, 4+ in Amazon PPC, with recent work < 18 months old.
• At least one named enterprise account you personally owned with spend you controlled.
• Built a toolset, template, or playbook used beyond your team.
• Fluent in negation strategy, match types, harvesting rules and Top of Search modifiers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon PPC strategy and manage complex advertising campaigns.
• Partner with enterprise clients, solving high-impact challenges and delivering measurable results.
• Analyze campaign data to craft insights and action plans that drive growth.
