Job summary

Enchanté Accessories seeks an Amazon Advertising Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media across a growing brand portfolio. You will drive profitable growth, improve efficiency, and develop scalable marketing strategies for marketplace performance.

You will manage PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Displays, oversee large monthly ad budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Amazon advertising, PPC management, and digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing large-scale Amazon advertising programs with substantial monthly ad budgets.
• Experience in ecommerce, consumer products, home goods, accessories, or related categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other Amazon platforms.
• Oversee large-scale advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets, ROAS goals, and account efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance, keyword trends, conversion metrics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and execute innovative advertising strategies to scale sales across multiple brands and SKUs.
• Monitor TACOS, ACOS, CTR, CVR, and other KPIs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, creative, and ecommerce teams to align strategies with business objectives.
