Job summary

Straight Up Growth is seeking a Sr Advertising Manager to lead Amazon Advertising strategy and execution for our clients in the US. You will own campaign design across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP, drive data-driven optimizations, and guide clients with clear strategic recommendations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to maximize ROAS and align with client goals. Ideal candidates bring AMC, Amazon Search, DSP expertise, strong data-analytics skills in Google

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable understanding of AMC, Amazon Search, and DSP applications.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Google Sheets with complex pivoting.
• Proactively identifies and implements innovative solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and established workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and effectively prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, placements, and audience strategies.
• Keyword, Category & Market Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, category reviews, and retail performance assessments.
• Client Strategy & Consultation: Provide clear recommendations and actionable next steps tied to business objectives and market conditions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate insightful performance reports and track success using KPIs.
• Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and marketplace dynamics.
