Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience supporting electronic design software or related technical solutions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced experience with Altium products and platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a prioritized customer base and accounts defined by management.
• Escalation resource and document technical findings for broader consumption.
• Support customers via FAQs, Knowledge Base, Online Help, and Community forums.
• Document all issues, case activities, and escalations per support processes.
• Drive root cause analysis with R&D, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Create technical content such as guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide live coaching and assistance to team members.
• Independently drive resolution of highly complex issues and provide leadership.
• Test pre-release products/features and prepare teams for releases.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
