Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks a Senior Product Support Engineer with advanced expertise in Altium solutions, PCB design workflows, and enterprise engineering environments to lead complex issue resolution and drive knowledge growth.

You will investigate root causes, collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams, mentor others, and test pre-release products while maintaining high professionalism. This role may require travel and offers a competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of electronic design software, verification and automation.
• Advanced experience supporting PCB design workflows; Altium products and platform solutions preferred.
• 6+ years in PCB design, electronic product development, EDA software support or related engineering environments.
• Technical support experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep PCB design knowledge with expertise in High-Speed Design, RF, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, PLM Workflows, Enterprise Data Management or Enterprise Server Technologies.
• Experience with PLM, enterprise data management, authentication systems (SAML, OAuth, Active Directory) and other enterprise platforms.
• Complex PCB simulation/signal integrity/analysis a plus.
• Experience in demos and training materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across desktop apps, cloud services, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong group/interpersonal communication and presentation skills; self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a prioritized customer base defined by management.
• Escalation resource; document findings for broader consumption across teams.
• Support customers via FAQs, Knowledge Base, Online Help, and Community forums.
• Document all issues, case activities, and escalations per processes.
• Drive root cause analysis for high-impact escalations with R&D and Engineering.
• Create technical content like online help, guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide live coaching to team members.
• Lead resolution of highly complex customer issues and provide cross-domain technical leadership.
• Test pre-release products and prepare teams for releases.
• Maintain high knowledge level and professionalism.
