Job summary

Lord Abbett in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Senior Alternatives Investor Services Specialist to lead the design and evolution of the investor services operating model across private markets. You will partner with Product Strategy, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Investment Operations, Technology, and third‑party providers to deliver scalable, best‑in‑class servicing throughout the investor lifecycle.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, subscriptions, capital activity, distributions, liquidity

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in asset management or financial services.
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, private funds and related vehicles.
• Experience supporting the full investor lifecycle including onboarding and capital activity.
• Ability to partner with third-party service providers.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Investor Services Operating Model for private markets.
• Develop scalable servicing models and streamline processes across the investor lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Product Strategy, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Investment Operations, Technology and third-party service providers.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency through technology and workflow enhancements.
• Provide reporting and governance to support growth and investor experience.
