The role requires strong leadership, portfolio accounting expertise, and the ability to review financial statements for audits and tax reviews. CPA or CFA is preferred; Benefits and E-Verify are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in the alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as trusted advisor to clients, assessing changing business needs and guiding solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risk by reviewing qualitative and quantitative data and implementing controls.
• Review accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews; set up accounting principles for unusual investment types.
• Set up and process complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
