U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Accounting and Investment Services Supervisor to lead a team that delivers accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.

The role acts as a trusted advisor, assesses changing business needs, guides issues to resolution, and ensures accurate financial reporting for audits and tax reviews. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Proactively identifies risk-related issues through review of qualitative and quantitative data, and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information provided for audit and tax reviews, and set-up/processing of complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
