Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst for the National Guard Bureau in Arlington, VA. You will join a team delivering comprehensive intelligence products and support for critical missions.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, strong analytic skills, and the ability to deploy as needed. You will brief senior leaders, coordinate with federal partners, and maintain continuity procedures across operations.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills across labor category requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor category activities to meet mission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using classified, unclassified, public, and geospatial data to assess, interpret, forecast, and report on national security issues.
• Monitor PIRs, CCIRs, and RFIs/RFAs, ensuring timely responses and status updates to leadership.
• Develop and publish classified and unclassified intelligence products in line with standards.
• Coordinate with federal and interagency partners to identify intelligence requirements and provide analytical support.
• Brief National Guard senior leaders and deliver recurring intelligence reporting and EXSUMs.
