Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION. Location is Charlottesville, VA, with a salary range of $97,000–$158,000 annually and TS/SCI clearance required. The role involves analytic tradecraft leadership and coordination with government stakeholders to ensure sound output.

Anticipated award in 2027 with base year plus options; strong benefits accompany a competitive compensation package dependent on experience and funding.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in a labor-related field from an accredited university.
• Bachelor’s in related field plus 5 years of senior experience can substitute for Master’s.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
• Collaborate with Government leadership to ensure analytic production is sound and defensible.
• Coordinate guidance for analysts on methodology, SATs, and quantitative/qualitative tools.
• Lead contract analysis reviews to ensure compliance with Analytic Tradecraft Standards.
• Provide training and mentorship on high-quality intelligence assessments and processes.
• Act as lead technical representative on tradecraft, methodology, and production matters.
