Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level PIPR All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military industrial sector.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and on-site work in the Virginia/McLean area. You will produce strategic assessments and provide briefing support to high-level policymakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
