CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Engineer focused on Electrical Ground Systems testing. You will lead test development, verification, and execution for satellite programs, working in labs and cleanrooms.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in aerospace, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of spacecraft or related AIT experience.
• Experience in multiple stages of satellite and GSE development.
• Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn new scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and support electrical ground system test equipment.
• Develop test plans, verify requirements, and manage test matrices.
• Lead acceptance and qualification testing including EMI/EMC and RF.
• Lead anomaly investigations and root cause analysis with clear communication.
• Author test procedures and supervise test activities in lab and cleanroom.
• Support AI&T schedules, risk reviews, and post-operational briefs.
