Job summary

CesiumAstro seeks a Staff Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Engineer to own the EGSE testing program for satellite assembly and verification in lab environments. You will lead requirements, test plans, and verification activities with daily lab work in Westminster, CO, contributing to a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in aerospace or electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in spacecraft assembly, integration, and test operations.
• Experience with design-for-test and test operations in space systems.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and support EGSE development for satellite testing.
• Develop test plans and maintain verification matrices with Systems Eng.
• Lead acceptance testing including vibration, EMI/EMC, and thermal tests.
• Analyze test data and present results to verify objectives.
• Lead anomaly investigations and corrective actions with clear communication.
