Job summary

Purely Works is seeking a seasoned Scheduler in Los Angeles to review contractor schedules, maintain master and baseline schedules, and coordinate with contractor schedulers on time impact analyses for large-scale construction programs. The role requires CPM expertise, Primavera P6 proficiency, and experience with PMWEB and earned value reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Experience scheduling large-scale construction projects and managing progress reporting.
• PSP certification or equivalent project scheduling credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for compliance and impacts.
• Maintain and analyze master and baseline schedules with WBS and resource loading.
• Coordinate schedule submittals and resolutions with contractor schedulers.
• Identify critical path, float issues, and schedule risks; report to management.
