Job summary

Enterris Associates seeks a Senior Scheduler in Los Angeles to lead CPM-based project scheduling on large infrastructure programs. You will manage Baseline Schedules, TIAs, look-ahead updates, and owner shadow schedules, coordinating with contractors and PMs to maintain critical path integrity.

The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, a B.S. in Engineering/Construction Management, and mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience.
• 5+ years in direct support of an active construction project.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Ability to report using earned value and communicate scheduling trends.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for conformance with Plans/Specifications; ensure proper WBS, sequencing, critical path, and resource loading.
• Perform constructability reviews of Baseline Schedule submittals and identify conflicts.
• Review Monthly Schedule Updates for progress reporting accuracy and critical path changes.
• Maintain an Owner shadow schedule tracking dates from daily reports and site visits.
• Provide what-if schedule impact analyses for additional work or re-sequencing.
