Job summary

OTG Management, operating within IAH Airport, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily terminal operations and uphold exceptional guest experiences. The role collaborates with the Property Manager to drive revenue, manage budgets, and maintain high standards across concessions and tenant spaces.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in multi-unit property management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of relevant property management, retail, hospitality, or airport operations experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily terminal operations and ensure standards meet client and airport authority expectations.
Lead development and execution of strategic marketing to drive sales and ancillary revenue.
Assist in annual budget development with focus on revenue growth and expense management.
Analyze tenant sales performance, financial statements, budgets and accruals to support decisions.
Maintain tenant locations and ensure safety, cleanliness and visual standards across units.
Coordinate facility support for special promotions and events, including setup and teardown.
Cultivate relationships with clients, airport authorities, OTG, and tenant partners.
