Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a Training Manager at IAH Airport to lead the Learning and Development function and elevate crewmember and guest experiences. The role centers on shaping the airport's training strategy, aligning with Operations and HR, and delivering programs that drive performance and retention.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in hospitality operations or HR-focused training, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives, including onboarding, manager

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in hospitality operations, training or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train, delegate, coach and develop peers, leaders, and crewmembers.
• Willing to work a minimum of two operational shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and onboarding programs; reduce turnover.
• Develop training plans for salaried and hourly crewmembers; provide coaching and validation.
• Manage the Certified Trainer Program and core training schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Harassment Prevention and other required trainings.
• Track training activities and oversee LMS administration.
• Collaborate with Airport Leadership and HR on training initiatives.
