Qualifications

• 5-7 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification required within 6 months.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• BS in hotel/restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales and profitability.
• Monitor team performance and adjust operations.
• Maintain guest service standards and resolve complaints within 24 hours.
• Uphold safety, health standards and cleanliness.
