Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the US airport market for Baggage Handling Systems. You will develop new business, build long-term relationships and lead revenue growth in a technically oriented, solutions-led environment.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, presenting integrated automation solutions, and managing customer engagements through the full sales cycle. A strong commercial track record and a US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience within Baggage Handling Systems for airports.
• Proven sales track record with documented commercial achievements.
• Established and active network of relevant industry contacts.
• Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of contractual and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, leads and commercial opportunities within the market.
• Generate new business through networking, direct customer engagement, market research and proactive business development.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling product, service and solution presentations to prospective customers.
• Communicate value proposition and competitive advantages of the company’s solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries, requirements and commercial concerns professionally.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Monitor industry developments and market conditions.
• Provide management with insight into emerging customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities.
• Produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support customer requirements.
