Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 6+ years in aerospace systems engineering, avionics, aircraft integration, or related fields.
- 2 years' experience with requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of aircraft systems products, technologies, or engineering functions.
- Serve as the technical owner for assigned product areas and engineering disciplines.
- Establish technical strategies, roadmaps, and development approaches to meet business objectives.
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Coordinate efforts across systems, software, hardware, safety, certification, and verification teams.
