Qualifications

• Four to seven years of aircraft structures experience preferred.
• Experience with SRM-based repairs and modification programs required.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training.
• Strong reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and data.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex structural repairs, major modifications, and fabrication per data and procedures.
• Inspect work for fit, finish, and compliance with approved data before release.
• Provide technical guidance to junior personnel and assist in troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, QA, and Production Control on repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure FAA/OSHA compliance.
