ComAV Technical Services in Victorville, CA is seeking an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technician III to lead complex maintenance, major repairs, and return-to-service activities. This senior role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation review, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor technicians, ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety standards, and coordinate with engineering, QA, production, customers, and

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read/interpret maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, and return-to-service activities.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault isolation of aircraft systems.
• Oversee heavy maintenance checks and aircraft modification projects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Engineering, QA, Production, customers, and regulatory representatives.
• Review maintenance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor technicians across multiple skill levels.
