Revolution Technologies in Vandalia, Ohio is looking for a highly experienced Senior Aircraft Structures Mechanic / Structural Technician IV to support complex aircraft structural assembly, fabrication, modifications and repairs. The role requires extensive hands-on aerospace experience and precise interpretation of blueprints.

You will perform precision drilling, rivet work, fastener installation, and structural modifications while ensuring dimensional tolerances and quality standards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of relevant aircraft structures experience.
• Advanced assembly, fabrication or repair experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and technical documentation skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with aerospace fasteners and precision assembly.
• Knowledge of aircraft structural quality standards.
• Own tools in good working condition and security clearance readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex aircraft structural assembly and fabrication.
• Read and interpret aerospace blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform precision drilling, countersinking, reaming, and riveting.
• Install Hi-Loks, rivets, and other aerospace structural fasteners.
• Maintain edge distance, fastener pitch, and dimensional tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers, jigs, fixtures, and calibrated tools.
• Perform structural modifications, repairs, and advanced quality inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams.
• Provide technical guidance to other technicians.
