Job summary

Varstaff Staffing is seeking a senior Structural Technician to oversee and execute complex structural assembly operations on aerospace vehicles. You will mentor technicians, conduct quality inspections, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with engineering management on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates bring 8–15+ years of structural assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 8–15+ years in structural assembly/manufacturing.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Mastery of structural blueprint reading and technical schematics.
• Advanced experience with structural assembly, part-fitting, corrosion removal, repair and refinishing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute complex structural assembly operations on aerospace vehicles from blueprints and schematics.
• Mentor technicians, lead quality inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise between production floor and engineering management.
