Responsibilities

Plan and conduct important engineering project segments with input for facilities, personnel, and funds.
Establish project scope, budget estimates, and manpower requirements with master scheduling.
Determine practicality and manufacturability of project and resources.
Anticipate problems and take action to prevent issues in budget/schedule.
Assign tasks and provide supervision to meet schedules.
Keep management informed of accomplishments and issues including budget and schedule.
Coordinate between engineering, program management, vendors, and customers.
Maintain knowledge of technical developments and ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
Lead efforts to improve daily processes to meet customer requirements.
