Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergency calls from operators and coordinates resources.
• Provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Conducts system reviews to develop troubleshooting plans for operator needs.
• Directs exchange of technical data for temporary or permanent repair drawings.
• Investigates correspondence from Gulfstream operators and directs corrective actions.
• Develops and updates troubleshooting procedures and test equipment for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Sets priorities for action based on safety, urgency, and policy.
• Creates customer bulletins, service notices, and technical communications.
• Uses Lean methodology to improve internal processes and efficiency.
• Acts as customer advocate to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
