Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fallon, NV to lead organizational level maintenance on assigned aircraft under contract. You will supervise maintenance actions, coordinate workload, and ensure safe, efficient repairs to keep aircraft mission-ready.

Applicants should have a strong naval maintenance background, 15+ years in the field, and the ability to brief aircrew, release aircraft for flight, and manage probable QA and depot actions.

Qualifications

Understanding CNAFINST 4790.2 Series and applicable manuals.
Ability to release aircraft safe for flight and review flight documentation.
Experience with maintenance planning and workload prioritization.
Clear written communication of technical information.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance actions to keep aircraft serviceable with efficient resources.
Direct and monitor scheduling, depot actions, and QA interfaces.
Brief aircrew before flight checks and manage weight/balance reviews.
Coordinate cannibalization, work center tasking and supply priorities.
