Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for the Air Force Global Strike Contract to lead maintenance activities in a hangar environment and supervise the Aircrew Support Equipment, Munitions, PS&D, and MOC teams to meet contract requirements with safety and quality.

The role requires extensive USAF maintenance experience, a minimum of ten years in related roles, and at least four years in supervision, plus the ability to communicate with CORs and customers. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organizational-level aircraft maintenance and material support, preferably in a U.S. Air Force environment.
• Ten years of relevant experience preferred, with at least four years in a supervisory role overseeing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and ensure safe, expeditious completion of work.
• Coordinate programs such as Joint Oil Analysis, FOD prevention, Tool Control, ESD/ESI.
• Communicate maintenance status and issues clearly to Site Supervisor and customer representatives.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, company policies, and CBA requirements where applicable.
• Submit accurate reports and support cost-effective operations.
