Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Air Force Global Strike Contract in Great Falls, MT.

You will oversee maintenance functions, manage teams across multiple programs, and ensure adherence to safety and contract requirements on a high-stakes DoD program. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, 4+ years in supervision, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• FOD awareness trained.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English; U.S. Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance functions for Air Force Global Strike Contract.
• Manage Aircrew Support Equipment, Munitions, PS&D, and MOC personnel.
• Direct contract programs like Joint Oil Analysis Program and related tasks.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor and customers to fulfill contract requirements.
• Prepare and submit required reports and CDRLs.
