V2X, Inc. in Maryland is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to manage a shop on the NTWL program at Patuxent River NAS. You will supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks, interpret blueprints, and ensure safe, compliant operations on both rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.

The role requires six years in aircraft maintenance, knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2, and the ability to lead small teams. DoD clearance access may be required.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or trade license preferred.
• A&P License/FAA Certification desirable but not required.
• Six years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and supervises activities of personnel, directing specific work assignments.
• Assists in maintenance operations per COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2.
• Ensures safe and efficient work; compliance with procedures.
• Leads groups of two or more personnel when needed.
• Ensures training on PPE and safety.
• Familiar with NAMP and NALCOMIS maintenance applications.
