Job summary

AAR is seeking a Site Manager in Kaneohe Bay, HI, to lead the Contractor workforce across maintenance, quality, logistics, safety, and administrative functions. The role reports to Government representatives and coordinates with the Contracting Officer’s Representative to ensure compliant performance and timely deliverables.

Qualified candidates will have at least eight years of supervisory aircraft maintenance and ten years in overhaul trades, plus experience with multi-engine MRO operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8 years supervising aircraft maintenance.
• At least 10 years' experience in aircraft overhaul trades.
• Experience overseeing MRO operations on multi-engine aircraft preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior onsite Contractor representative and maintain daily communication with the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Lead task order execution and ensure all Contractor personnel perform work per the PWS and safety requirements.
• Own, prepare, review, and submit all Contractor deliverables, reports, plans, and corrective action responses.
• Manage the onsite workforce to maintain shift coverage, qualifications, training records and backfill actions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance production priorities and coordinate schedule changes.
• Ensure maintenance actions are documented in required logs and electronic systems.
