Job summary

AAR Corp is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee aircraft visits, coordinating manpower, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes safety, quality, on-time delivery, and financial results across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has an Airframe & Powerplant license, 10 years of maintenance experience with 5 in leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Airframe & Powerplant License is required.
10 years of aircraft maintenance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
High School diploma or GED.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MAJIC system.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and financial results of assigned projects.
Coordinate with Lead Mechanic and Supervisors to maintain productivity across shifts.
Manage projects to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
Coordinate with Planning to set schedules and budgets.
Keep management informed of deviations and progress.
Ensure all work and documentation meet FAA, EPA, OSHA standards and internal policies.
