Job summary

AAR Corp, a global aerospace and defense company, seeks a Site Manager (Aircraft Maintenance) in Kaneohe, HI. The role oversees the onsite contractor team, coordinating maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and admin functions to ensure compliant performance and timely deliverables.

Requires at least eight years in aircraft maintenance supervision, ten years in overhaul trades, and ability to obtain a secret security clearance. Strong MS Office skills and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Minimum of eight years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance.
• Experience overseeing MRO operations on multi-engine aircraft preferred.
• Military aviation experience preferred.
• Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior onsite Contractor representative and maintain daily communication with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Government personnel.
• Lead task order execution and ensure all personnel perform work per W/S and safety requirements.
• Own and submit all contractor deliverables, reports, rosters, plans, and corrective action responses.
• Manage onsite workforce, shift coverage, qualifications, and training records.
• Oversee maintenance production priorities, schedules, and deployment of staff during launches and recoveries.
• Ensure proper documentation in logs and electronic systems and supervise inspections and final work packages.
