Job summary

Kalitta Air is seeking a Lead Aircraft MX Technician - Line MX in Oscoda, MI. You will lead crewmembers, coordinate task scheduling with the supervisor, and ensure maintenance actions comply with AMM, SRM, CMMs and service bulletins.

Requirements include FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant license, a high school diploma and at least 5 years of maintenance experience on commercial aircraft. Overtime, weekends and days off may be required.

• Must be able to work overtime, weekends & days off.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisor for scheduling daily tasks.
• Lead crewmembers and ensure productivity and quality.
• Document maintenance discrepancies and actions.
• Troubleshoot and determine maintenance actions.
• Provide on-the-job training to subordinates.
• Oversee safety-related deficiencies and training needs.
