Kalitta Air, Llc seeks a Supervisor, Maintenance to lead and direct a team in Oscoda, MI, ensuring high-quality aircraft maintenance, timely project delivery, and safe work practices. The role requires coordinating with Hangar 8 Manager, ensuring adherence to FAR and internal procedures, and maintaining a clean, compliant shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, a high school diploma, and at least eight years of experience in commercial aircraft

Formación

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• High school diploma; 8 years min experience in maintenance on commercial aircraft.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct maintenance personnel to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate with Hangar 8 Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Maintain safe, clean workplace and follow approved data and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GMM, RSM, SRM, CMM, MM, WDM and FAR procedures.
• Report issues to Hangar 8 Manager and liaise with customers.
• Oversee proper handling of waste, oils, and fluids.
• Perform other duties as required by Hangar 8 Manager.
