Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a FAA A&P license, 5 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. Overtime, weekend work, and on-site operations are required in a heavy-maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime, weekends & days off.
• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant license required.
• 5 years minimum experience in maintenance and repair on commercial category aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Supervisor/ Foreman for daily task assignments.
• Lead and direct crewmembers to ensure productivity and quality.
• Document maintenance discrepancies and ensure proper action.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine maintenance actions.
• Interpret maintenance data and ensure compliant work.
• Provide oversight and training as needed.
