West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Inspector for our Dulles, VA area. This role requires a strong background in airframe and powerplant maintenance, with the ability to lead a team and ensure inspection standards are met across all maintenance activities.

Qualified applicants will hold an A&P license or Repairman Certificate and a HS diploma. Expect a fast-paced environment, adherence to FAA regulations, and opportunities for professional growth within a respected MRO network.

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent with A&P license required.
• Valid driver’s license ideal for airline travel.
• Experience with FAA paperwork and inspections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Mansioni

• Review technician assignments and sign-offs for adherence to authorizations.
• Perform front-line spot checks of maintenance activity per AMM/RSQCM requirements.
• Verify Repair Station RQC and Operators RII requirements.
• Conduct engine run/taxi qualification for engines/taxi crews.
• Verify completion of MEL procedures and compliance with MQB 2018-02 Rev 1.
• Provide final aircraft walk-around and release with attention to disturbed areas.
